Tsinghua Science Park (Kunshan) locates in the northwest of the city, neighbor to a forest park of 20,000 sqm to its east and Kuilei Lake to its west.

51 hectares will be developed in phases, offering 31,000 sqm of high-grade business office and R&D space when fully developed.

In Phase 1, we have completed 60,000 sqm of high-quality business and R&D space, including 3 buildings and supporting facilities, such as café, business hotel, expertise apartments, gym center, and conference rooms. The park creates an ideal ambience for business and R&D.

In Phase 2, 40,000 sqm of business space will be offered when completed in 2009.
